The negative self-talk that plagues the mind of every person on the planet can be painful, and crippling. Left unchecked, this voice will sabotage every endeavor you’ll ever pursue. It will try to sabotage your career, relationships, health and ruin your opportunities, and leave you wondering what could have been.
