CLA Yoga Series: Creating calm, clarity, and confidence using Yoga’s Science of Mind
April 4, 2023 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm
Free event! Presented by the CLA Health and Wellness Committee
Stress, overwhelm, anxiety, and distraction. These are just a few of the ruinous enemies of peak productivity—and professional and personal success. Unfortunately, these internal saboteurs have become so commonplace that most of us accept them as a normal and necessary cost of doing business. But here’s what you need to know: they can be stopped in their tracks.
Join best-selling author and ordained Yoga Master Eric Walrabenstein to learn the secrets of synthesizing a consistent state of inner calm, clarity, and real empowerment independent of the demands, challenges, and commotion of your work—and your world.
This session will explore the internal cycle the brain uses to actually manufacture thoughts and feelings we experience—as well as how you can use it to manage your mind and energies for optimal success and happiness.
No yoga postures or other physical exercise will be involved, so this session is completely accessible to all.
