Webinar: Ethical Issues in Employment Matters

This program offers 1 hour participatory MCLE credit in Legal Ethics. You must register in advance to participate. There are unique ethical issues that arise in the context of employment disputes. Whether representing an employee or an employer, employment attorneys should be aware of common ethical pitfalls. The panel will discuss ethical rules that govern pre-litigation and litigation communications, multiple party representation, organizational clients, and settlement/drafting contracts.
