This includes Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit opportunities, co-sponsorships of programs with other bar associations and law schools, the annual Golden State Antitrust and Unfair Competition Law Institute, and the annual Celebrating Women in Competition Law program.

Free Webinar: AI Antitrust Recent Developments: A Roundtable Discussion on Pending Litigation at the Intersection of AI and Antitrust (2025 Update)

This program is designed as an update on pending litigation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and antitrust, focusing on cases involving claims of algorithmic collusion in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act. Seasoned practitioners from the plaintiffs and defense bar will have a roundtable discussion updating the audience on divergent rulings at the district court level and the state of play at the appellate level on various legal challenges to algorithmic collusion.
