Dealing with Difficult People: Strategies for Effectively Assisting Challenging Court Users

Frank Del Fiugo, MA, LMFT, is co-founder of A Turning Point Counseling and Educational Services and Managing Director of Del Fiugo Consulting Services. He was on the Domestic Violence Council for several years and served as the Chair of the DV Council from 2008-2010. He also chaired the Executive Committee under the DVC and sat on the SCC Death Review Committee. The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors recognized him in 2012 for over 20 years of service as a professional and recognized expert working with individuals whose lives have been impacted by domestic violence.
