LITIGATION INTEREST GROUP
Next Planned Activity: The Litigation Interest Group put on two programs in early 2015. On February 19, 2015, the IG hosted a webinar entitled, "How Did They Do That? Counterclaim Defensive Strikes: Smaller Company Strategies for Fast Ramping a Patent Portfolio." The speaker was Murray Vince, Strategic Business Development, Senior Director at Intellectual Ventures. In March, the IG hosted a webinar for newer IP litigators, concerning "Candor in the Courtroom: Tips for Successfully Advocacy."
