It is hard to believe that we have reached the midway point in the Bar year, but Spring is in the air and so here in your mailbox is the Business Law News Annual Review. In this issue you will find some of the finest work done by the Business Law Section’s ("BLS") standing committees in summarizing legal developments over the past twelve months from a number of key business practice areas.
This Annual Review is a remarkable achievement. It stands as a testament to the skills and commitment of the volunteers from the BLS who give copious amounts of their time and effort to summarize important legal developments, in a single issue. It includes many of the most important issues that every business lawyer needs to know about what has happened in the last year across the diverse fields that the BLS houses under a single roof.
