The webinar will examine ethics issues that occur in complex real estate developments or business transactions related to conflicts of interest, advance waivers, engagement letter, scope of representation, identifying the client and other on-going ethical issues.

The program will discuss ethical and practice issues relating to fee agreements, including when written fee agreements are required and/or advisable, and what should be included in fee agreements. It also will discuss ethical and practical issues with billing time and sending out bills, including how to handle fee requests from the court and fee collection efforts.
