Joseph E. Gruber, Jr.
Joseph E. Gruber, Jr. is an associate attorney who joined Aaron, Riechert, Carpol & Riffle, APC in May of 2013. 

The Board of Legal Specialization of the California State Bar Association has certified Mr. Gruber as a Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law.

Mr. Gruber graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Francisco School of Law in May of 2014. While at the University of San Francisco, Mr. Gruber served as the Managing Editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review and as a Case Counsel for the University of San Francisco Moot Court Program. Mr. Gruber currently serves as the chair of the Estate Planning and Probate section of the San Mateo County Bar Association.

Jennifer Scharre
Jennifer F. Scharre is a Partner with Temmerman, Cilley & Kohlmann, LLP in San Jose, California. Mrs. Scharre’s practice includes estate planning, wealth transfer planning, estate administration, beneficiary representations, conservatorship matters and guardianship matters. Mrs. Scharre’s Accounting degree from the University of San Diego makes her uniquely equipped to assist clients in complex estate planning and estate administration. Ms. Scharre earned her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
