Webinar: California Election Law: the Humboldt Cannabis Reform Initiative and Local Cannabis Regulation

As the March California primary election date approaches, voters up and down the state will consider not only candidates but also initiatives on their ballots in their local jurisdictions. On January 24, 2024, this continuing legal education program will focus on the initiative process in California, the local regulation of commercial cannabis, and intersection of these two areas in the form of the Humboldt Cannabis Reform Initiative. Join Cannabis Industry Practitioners Group Secretary Shay Aaron Gilmore as he moderates a panel of election law experts, local cannabis regulation specialists, and cannabis industry representatives to discuss the legal, policy, and regulatory issues for California lawyers to understand ahead of the March 5 primary election in 2024.
