This will practical yoga techniques to effectively manage and reduce stress and introduce the benefits of yoga for stress management and promote holistic well-being among legal professions.
Objectives:
- Introduce lawyers to the fundamentals of yoga
- cultivate an understanding of the mind-body connection
- demonstrate specific yoga postures that can be integrated in daily routines to alleviate stress and enhance mental resilience
Mona Ness Is a National certified yoga therapist C-IAYT and registered yoga alliance Instructor RYT, and continuing education provider. She has been teaching yoga and mindfulness meditation for two decades. She has online and in person classes serving people of Orange County in collaboration with The City of Irvine where she resides with her family since 2001.
Basia Tacik, M.Ed, is a Natural Therapies and Yoga Sound Healing Practitioner. As a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Teacher, she brings 25 years of experience into her stress relief and wellbeing yogic teachings. Her focus is to:
1) Tone down your stress, revitalize & stimulate your main body systems into greater wellness!
2) Instill greater peace, comfort, and deeper confidence so that you can override the effects of stressful challenges, bringing an ease and empowerment into all aspects of your day.
Basia has successfully guided individuals of all ages and backgrounds to greater health, fulfillment and prosperity!
