We have regular webinars generally held on the second Tuesday of the month at noon. Dates and topics for upcoming CLE programs appear in the IP Section’s e-newsletter Inevitable Disclosures.
In the event you missed our very popular three part series of webinars on "Tips for Effectively Searching the USPTO Database Using TESS" you can access them for CLE credit by going to www.calbar.org/online-cle and entering "TESS" in the search bar. The materials from these programs are valuable resources that will greatly improve your TESS searching skills.
