LITIGATION INTEREST GROUP
The Litigation Interest Group focuses on all litigation and enforcement issues relating to intellectual property, and all are welcome to join. We have webinar programs and quarterly business conference calls for more freewheeling discussion.
On July 23, 2014, the Litigation IG co-sponsored the webinar program "How General Patton Would Fight the Troll Wars: Defenses, Offenses, Pre and Post Litigation Techniques and Risk Minimization Programming." In mid-September, PTAB Judge Peter Chen will speak in a webinar on "A View from a PTAB Judge: An Update on Best Practices."
