Labor and Employment Law

Coming Next in the California Labor and Employment Law Review

Please share:

The March 2023 issue of our Section’s California Labor & Employment Law Review leads off with an MCLE article questioning the impartiality and independence of attorney workplace investigations by Andrew H. Friedman and Courtney Abrams. This is a rebuttal article to the September 2022 Law Review article on attorney workplace investigations written by Lindsay Harris and Amy Oppenheimer.

In addition to the above, the issue features our regular case updates. Anthony Oncidi writes the California Employment Law Notes. Lauren Teukolsky authors the Wage and Hour Case Notes. Jeff Bosley and Tyler Maffia write the NLRA Case Notes. Kerianne Steele and Katie McDonagh co-author the Public Sector Case Notes. Ramit Mizrahi will inaugurate a new column on ADR Updates, to alternate every other issue with Hon. Michelle Rosenblatt (Ret.). Phyllis Cheng authors her column on Cases Pending before the California Supreme Court.

Finally, Chairperson Scott Stillman writes his Chair’s Message.

Submissions are always welcome! We encourage you to take a look at our Guidelines and Editorial Policy and to send us your well-researched articles for consideration.
