CLA WELLNESS WALKING CHALLENGE
Join us this summer for a free six-week virtual walking challenge starting on June 18, 2022.
#CLAWellnessChallenge: Virtual Yoga for Walkers and Runners Alike
The session consists of a 50 minute yoga sequence with breathing exercises which will help the runner/ walker to prepare the mind and body to maximize performance. The practice includes both stretches and engagement of different parts of the body moving from the feet up to the head with helpful tips and modifications. In the end, a deep relaxation will bring more balance and flexibility to the mind and body.
This session will be suitable for beginners. We suggest dressing comfortably and to be in a space with enough clearance for movement on and just slightly beyond a traditional yoga mat (or beach towel).

Webinar: People, Professionals, and Profit Centers: The Connection Between Lawyer Wellbeing and Employer Values

The project has recently yielded the second in a series of peer-reviewed studies and on August 30th, study co-author Patrick Krill will join us for a thought-provoking discussion of the new research and where we currently stand on the road to wellbeing in the law.
Third Party Webinar: Pivoting Past the Pandemic: Work-Life Balance for Legal Professionals
