To kick off 2023 Well-being Week In Law, let’s focus on our physical well-being. Join us for a free virtual presentation from Performance Coach, Tom Legath, about injury prevention. Attendees will learn why injuries happen (which are often avoidable). Tom will help attendees improve their ability to listen to their body's messages about muscle and joint health so that they can make better training choices. The information will give attendees an opportunity to improve the results they get from their training and it will give them an opportunity to implement strategies to avoid future injury so they can play longer into life.
