Whether it comes to your mental health or physical health, the California Lawyers Association is here to help you—during this week’s Lawyer Well-Being Week and all year round.
Our newly established Health and Wellness Committee is chaired by Sara Rief and John (J.R.) Richards with a commitment to providing resources and content that supports wellness such as articles, webinars, mindfulness meditation experiences and other activities. Our committee includes members of The Other Bar and the State Bar of California’s Lawyer Assistance Program.
The American Bar Association recognizes May 4-8 as Lawyer Well-Being Week. To coincide with that effort, we are hosting Zoom meetings for our members to promote healthy habits in the face of the pandemic. We will also use the CLA’s weekly Coffee Break to discuss health and wellness topics.
