A perennial Conference favorite, a panel of judges from federal and state court will provide tips to help litigants avoid obstacles when navigating the ever-changing waters of wage & hour class actions. They will also provide insights into the impact of recent developments in wage and hour and class action jurisprudence.

PAGA actions continue to be at the cutting edge of wage-and-hour litigation and arbitration. Hear from our panel of PAGA trial attorneys and appellate advocates (including the winning counsel in Iskanian and Williams) about the issues affecting your practice, including PAGA discovery after Williams, PAGA jurisdictional issues, PAGA exhaustion and the role of the LWDA, PAGA and arbitration post-Iskanian and Sakkab, PAGA trial decisions, and how PAGA settlements are treated in the courts.
