The Section publishes:

  • e-News articles, designed to keep our readers abreast of crucial developments in privacy law, with a specific focus on California and various industry sectors.
  • MCLEs articles, are designed to provide deeper analysis of privacy law topics and practical guidance to privacy professionals. MCLE authors are eligible to claim self-study California continuing legal education (CLE) credits and readers are eligible to claim CLE credits after reading the article and completing the accompanying test.   • Privacy Law Section Journal, designed as a collection of in-depth and thoughtful analysis of various privacy law topics. MCLE articles are also eligible to be featured in the Journal.

Call for volunteers:

  • e-News: Open to law students, recent grads, and practitioners
  • MCLE: Open to attorneys if discussing a legal topic or an expert who is not an attorney if discussing a topic that is relevant to the practice of law
  • Privacy Law Section Journal: Open to practitioners to contribute articles. Open to law students and recent grads to help with efforts to publish the journal.
