FROM THE SECTION CHAIR
Written by Jessica Barclay-Strobel Chair
Since Fall 2021, the Litigation Section has happily resumed some in-person gatherings while continuing to offer stellar online programs, including our California International Arbitration Week in March and our Litigation and Appellate Summits in May. Our programming this past year reflects the excellent leadership of so many Litigation Section members, including our wonderful outgoing Executive Committee members:
- Paul Killion, our e-newsletter’s diligent co-editor;
- Michelle Wolfe, who both edited our e-newsletter and secured numerous sponsors for our Litigation and Appellate Summits;
- Larry Biegel, who may set a record for longest-running participation in Legal London; and
- Katy Graham, who planned so many aspects of our Litigation and Appellate Summits.
We thank these outgoing members, who now pass the torch to new Executive Committee members Hao Nguyen, Jenn French, Julia Shear Kushner, Matthew O’Brien, Mindy Wong, Nedra Shawler, Sean Patterson, and Tom Stout.
