Legislation Interest Group Report
D. BENJAMIN BORSON
Borson Law Group P.C.
INTRODUCTION
THE 115TH CONGRESSIN IN THE 2nd session made little progress on initiatives in Intellectual Property Law. However, this report describes two areas of some interest. The first addresses IP issues related to Artificial Intelligence, and the second relates a recent initiative to scale back or overturn aspects of the America Invents Act of 2011 (the AIA).
