#WellbeingWeekInLaw: How to Bust Your Inner Critic and Create an Inner Ally

The second day of #WellbeingWeekInLaw prompts us to focus on our emotional well-being, fostering a sense of meaning and purpose in how we apply ourselves. If you’re human, then you have at least one voice in your head that chimes in on everything you do or want to do. Sometimes the voices are enjoyable. And other times, not so much. The negative self-talk that plagues the mind of every person on the planet can be painful, and crippling. Left unchecked, this voice will sabotage every endeavor you’ll ever pursue. It will try to sabotage your career, relationships, health and ruin your opportunities, and leave you wondering what could have been.
