Call For Papers – Environmental Law News

The Environmental Law Section is seeking articles for the Fall 2019 issue of its biannual publication, Environmental Law News, on topics related to federal and California environmental and natural resources law. Potential areas of focus include climate change, air quality, endangered species, water supply and water quality, land use, environmental impact analysis, wetlands, oil and gas, and more. Articles generally have a length of 3,000-4,000 words, and the first draft would be due August 2019. All potential authors are welcome! Environmental Law News is a print publication circulated to thousands of Section members and other subscribers. Current and past issues are available on the CLA website with search functionality available through Fastcase. (Fastcase access is provided as a special benefit for CLA members).
