CLA is in the process of developing our first organization-wide strategic plan. We have convened a Long Range and Strategic Planning Committee, engaged our membership and leadership via survey and Town Halls, and are now at the final stages of drafting the plan. The following strategic themes have emerged:
|Be the leading voice for the legal profession in California, clearly establishing recognition of the CLA brand||Establish long-term financial sustainability||Inspire early-career lawyers to engage through empowerment and opportunities||Deliver exceptional member experiences that enhance professional capabilities||Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the California legal community||Strengthen the community through leveraging the unique strengths of sections to excel under one CLA brand|
