Santa Clara University School of Law Publication Program

The BLS’ Internet and Privacy Law Committee (“IPLC,” fka “Cyberspace Committee”) is pleased to announce that it has established a publishing partnership with Santa Clara University School of Law’s Privacy Law Initiative. Joy Peacock, Managing Director of the Privacy Law Initiative, has served as a committee member on IPLC and through her association and efforts with IPLC liaison, Tom Hassing, and IPLC leadership the University initiated a program through which students may submit articles for publication through the various publication resources of the Business Law Section. By establishing this partnership, the IPLC provides a platform for students to satisfy one of the several requirements students need to fulfill in order to graduate with a Privacy Law Certificate.
