The California Lawyers Association (CLA) will kick off its first ever Annual Meeting with a complimentary continental breakfast—and an opportunity for all to share in welcoming the new organization. Various other organizations will join in the welcome, including representatives of the California Judges Association, the California Women Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and delegates from several foreign bar associations. CLA President Heather Rosing will present her vision for CLA’s future, and she and members of the Board will be on hand to answer your questions.

This annual reception and awards program recognizes leaders and attorneys who have made significant contributions to the California legal community and CCBA. The gala will allow you to network with colleagues and will feature award presentations by CCBA, CLA and other bar organizations, a silent auction, music, a light dinner and a cash bar. Elisa regularly counsels business clients concerning internet and technology law, including defamation, online harassment, internet-based fraud, and social media law, and is frequently consulted by the media, including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, CNN, MSNBC, and Broadly./VICE on those topics.
