Webinar: Green Energy Projects Before The California Energy Commission: The Current State of Opting-In
New legislation signed by Governor Newsom in September and October 2025 expands the California Energy Commission’s “Opt-In” certification program to include geothermal projects and provides the agency with additional streamlined authority. This webinar will explore the CEC’s new powers, inform interest groups on how to participate in Opt-In proceedings, and provide practitioners insights on best practices gleaned from the program’s first three years in existence.
