INTRODUCTORY COMMENTS BY CRIS K. O’NEALL, ESQ.
I think almost everyone who has practiced in the State and Local Tax arena in California over the past fifteen or so years has at some point met or heard about Brad Marsh.
I think that is so because of the way he is. Brad loves to delve into new areas, new challenges, new ways of handling things, and always while working with a variety of people. And the tax area, particularly the State and Local Tax or "S<" arena, allows for that.
