Meet Our New Chair

Henry S. David is the proprietor of The David Firm®, which he founded after 33 years in Big Law. He is a commercial litigator, with a focus on creditors’ rights.
Please join me in welcoming the incoming Chair of the Solo and Small Firm Executive Committee, Susan Share. Susan has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2009. Susan’s practice, located in Encino, California, focuses on estate planning, probate, and business.
Susan was born in Manhattan, and attended college and law school in Oregon. After being admitted to the Bar in 1990, Susan went to work for the non-profit organization California Lawyers for the Arts where she coordinated the arbitration and mediation program for the Los Angeles office. There she became a mediator and facilitator to resolve disputes within the arts community.
