This Article provides an overview of: (1) bankruptcy proceedings, highlighting certain procedural and evidentiary distinctions and discovery tools specific to bankruptcy; (2) the "automatic stay" injunction triggered by a bankruptcy filing; and (3) the limits of bankruptcy courts’ adjudicatory power, in light of recent Supreme Court decisions.
