Welcome to the October issue of The Bottom Line. I am very excited and honored to serve as Chair of the LPMT Executive Committee for 2014-2015. It is my hope to continue the great progress and accomplishments made during the last couple of years under my predecessors Tangela D. Terry and Perry L. Segal. They, along with previous chairs, have laid a great foundation for me to build on. The LPMT Executive Committee is always striving to best serve the members of the LPMT Section, and this year it is my hope that more of you will get involved in the section so we can continue to do so. We want this Section to be truly interactive, and your input helps us to provide the programming and services that you want and need.

In this edition of the The Bottom Line, the theme is Legal Process Outsourcing. There are many outsourcing resources that can help attorneys be more efficient and organized, but there are also concerns about how and when to utilize them. We hope that these articles give you some insight and information that is both helpful and informative to you in managing your law practice. We also welcome any feedback and suggestions for future editions.
