Welcome to the fall edition of New Matter for 2019. The cover art for this issue shows the IP Section Annual Meeting and Institute will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada in November. With the new California Lawyers Association, the IP section can hold the annual meeting outside California. We will offer 25 hours of MCLE credit and activities, as well as an opportunity to stay at the Wynn hotel at a convention rate. We invite everyone to take advantage of this opportunity and register to attend. Details for registration can be found in this issue.
We continue to welcome article submissions in the field of IP from anyone who is interested in writing. Submission guidelines are included at the end of each issue of New Matter. If you would like to propose an article for submission, please email our Acquisitions Editor, Amanda Nye.
