We can all use a break. CLA is offering monthly come-as-you-are, informal opportunities to chat with fellow attorneys from around the state via Zoom. Leaders of the Armenian legal community will provide a historical basis for why, along with superficial welcome and acceptance, attacks have been directed against the Armenian community in California and around the globe; why hate crimes persist in the present; and solutions for what attorneys and community members can do to support and protect the Armenian community and to help in their ongoing struggle to survive.

Legislative Day provides an excellent opportunity to explore legislative issues that have an impact on all attorneys and their clients and to interact directly with decision makers from all three branches of government. This year’s Legislative Day will be virtual but we are planning to return to an in-person Legislative Day in 2022.
