Titled “Pathways to Antitrust,” this event will feature three distinguished antitrust lawyers from diverse backgrounds who will share their unique journeys and experiences in the field. 

This program is designed as an update on pending litigation at the intersection of artificial intelligence and antitrust, focusing on cases involving claims of algorithmic collusion in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act. Seasoned practitioners from the plaintiffs and defense bar will have a roundtable discussion updating the audience on divergent rulings at the district court level and the state of play at the appellate level on various legal challenges to algorithmic collusion.
