Antitrust topics that keep In-house counsel up at night: Key Federal and State Antitrust Topics that Should Be on the Radar for In-House Counsel
An afternoon program focused on cutting edge antitrust law developments that should be on the radar of in-house counsel. The program will include two substantive sessions and an opportunity for networking. First, federal antitrust regulators will provide their perspectives on their agencies’ enforcement priorities, litigated cases, and settlements as well as guidance regarding compliance with federal criminal and civil antitrust laws. Second, a panel including current and former California antitrust enforcers will discuss potential changes to the Cartwright Act and other current antitrust enforcement priorities at the state level in California.
This inaugural program geared toward in-house counsel will feature a networking reception and an opportunity to visit the Computer History Museum’s exhibits, including “Chatbots Decoded: Exploring AI”. Free parking and door prizes.
