Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite®

The 28th Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite ® will take place October 17-20, 2019 at the Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, California, minutes from Yosemite National Park. Our program this year will feature hot topics in environmental law, from the findings of the Commission on Catastrophic Wildfire Cost and Recovery to new regulations on PFAS, the 50th anniversary of NEPA, and land use regulation and the housing crisis, including a presentation by Senator Scott Wiener.
