The Sierra Nevada Conservancy is seeking an Attorney. Located at the SNC Headquarters office in Auburn, the Attorney provides legal advice to the Executive Team and the Sierra Nevada Conservancy’s statutorily constituted board on all matters related to the functions and operations of SNC. The incumbent is responsible for working closely with management, with minimum oversight, on legal issues in the areas of land use, environmental permitting, contracts, grants, real property interests, municipal law, and operations of state government. This 12-month limited term position may be extended for up to 24 months or become permanent.
