Expect a full day of high-level discussion, with topics including how we define a tech dispute, drafting suitable clauses, ISDS and tech and a GAR debate on blockchain arbitration.
Join an audience of arbitrators, counsel, in-house practitioners, expert witnesses and more to network, debate and analyse the pressing developments in a sector that’s potentially ripe with disputes.
