The 28th Annual Environmental Law Conference at Yosemite ® will take place October 17-20, 2019 at the Tenaya Lodge in Fish Camp, California, minutes from Yosemite National Park. On March 8, 2019, the Environmental Law Section conducted the 20th Annual Student Environmental Negotiations Competition at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco. Two-student teams from law schools around the state competed in mock negotiations involving complex environmental issues and were judged by sitting judges and attorneys. Read more
The Environmental Law Diversity and Inclusion Fellowship program sponsored by the Environmental Law Section gives law students a chance to spend 8 to 10 weeks over the summer practicing environmental, energy, land use, and natural resources law at a participating government agency or public interest organization.
