Jeff Pemstein, Immediate past Chair of the California Building Industry Association, a statewide trade association representing developers, trade contractors, and other industry professionals in the homebuilding, multi-family and mixed-use development markets, will discuss the state of California’s housing policy and his recommendations to Governor Gavin Newsom and California legislators concerning policies that would increase housing supply and improve affordability.
