#1: TRANSFER FORMATTING
Q. I am working in a document I received from outside the firm. Since I started editing it, the formatting has gone berserk. Paragraph indents are jumping all over the place and the numbering stops and starts for no reason. I have no idea how they did the formatting. Can’t I just make it do what I want? This is madness!
