In March, the Litigation Section launched our first annual California International Arbitration Week. More than 1,250 registrants from 33 states and 80 countries—including hundreds from India, South Korea, and Japan—enjoyed this week-long series celebrating international arbitration in California. Kudos to the ADR Committee for organizing this wonderful program!

We next look forward to the online Litigation and Appellate Summits on May 12-13, 2022, which offer 12 hours of MCLE, including 4 hours of Legal Specialization in Appellate Law and 1 hour of Legal Ethics. We will kick things off with a live taping of the popular Strict Scrutiny Podcast and a keynote address by U.C. Berkeley School of Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, followed by sessions with judges and practitioners that will be of interest to all trial and appellate attorneys.
