This monthâs issue of the eTBL has a little something for everyone. An article on privacy, and on the management side, an article on the ethical use of paralegals which discusses both the use of âemployeeâ and âvirtualâ paralegals as well as the recovery of paralegal fees. This article qualifies for MCLE credit. Also on the management side, Ed Poll gives us great pointers on how to determine the office your law practice needs.
On the technology side, we have included an article on Windows XP Retirement, an article on using Amicus Attorney for marketing purposes, as well as an article on implementing cloud-based solutions for legal practices.
At least one of our future issues will be theme-based, devoting the entire issue to a selection of articles all devoted to the same theme covering one of our areas of interest, such as marketing, administration, privacy issues, or technology.
