Better Communicating: Better for Us and Our Clients
We can do better in communicating with each other, regardless of whether we represent workers, employers, unions, management, government agencies, or non-profits or whether we serve as neutrals, professors, or jurists. And, we need to. California’s workplacesâits business owners and agency managers, its employees of every stripeâdepend on us to communicate with each other, to solve problems together. The State Bar of California’s Labor & Employment Law Section helps.
