Hopefully everyone enjoyed their summer (and any vacation that might have been squeezed into it) and is enjoying the start of Fall. Summer’s Ninth Circuit Report discussed the Kirtsaeng case and how it might affect one’s ability to recoup attorney’s fees under the Copyright Act.
