Letter from the Chair
Elizabeth J. Rest
Crown, LLP
Dear Section Member:
As you are aware, and as detailed in my previous Letters from the Chair, the Sections are separating from the State Bar, and are in the process of creating an independent trade association. The Sections are planning to separate from the State Bar and form a new, private 501(c)(6) nonprofit corporation, likely to become effective in January of 2018.
