Ken Minesinger
Welcome to Issue 3, 2017 of the Business Law News, my last as Editor-in-Chief. I want to thank the hard work and dedication of our Editorial Board. Without the efforts of Vice Chairmen Everett Green and Jerome Grossman, Associate Editors Coleman Cannon, Holly Estioko, Juan Carlos Moran, David Perl, David Saltzman, and Suzanne Weakley, and Style Editors April Frisby and Marc Olson, the magazine would never arrive in your mail boxes. I also wish to thank the valuable assistance of the Chair of the Business Law Section, James Hill, our adviser Neil Wertlieb, and our liaisons to the Board, Sarah deDiego and Peter Menard. Last, but not least, thank you to all of the authors who contributed articles over the last year.
Our next issue, Issue 4, 2017, will see Jerome (Jerry) Grossman returning as Editor-in-Chief. If you would like to be a part of the Business Law News, either as an author or by serving on the Editorial Board, please contact me, at minesinger@gmail.com , or Jerry, at grosspersonlaw@ gmail.com.
