The Executive Committee Welcomes Six New Members

Six new members have been elected to the Public Law Section Executive Committee.  Each member will serve a three-year term beginning in September 2021. The new members are Michael McDonnell, Deputy City Attorney II with the City of Chula Vista; Philip Toomey, Partner with Leech Tishman Fuscaldo & Lampl; Ryan Reed, Associate with Colantuono, Highsmith & Whatley; Steven Vong, Enforcement Attorney with the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation; Megan McClurg, Deputy City Attorney with the Chula Vista City Attorney’s Office; and Robert Bragaw, Senior Counsel with the Governor’s Office of Emergency Services.
