Patent Fee Schedule Update

The USPTO fee schedule was updated with the following changes, effective June 1, 2022:

Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees to foreign offices

1704: International search, European Patent Office (EPO) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $2,065 to $1,946

1714: International search, Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $549 to $383 *please note that on December 1, 2022 Rospatent will no longer function as an ISA and IPEA for international applications and applicants are advised to exercise caution before selecting Rospatent as an ISA or IPEA.
