2022 Energy Law Conference: The Latest on California’s Clean Energy Transition
On May 12, 2022, the Environmental Law Section of the California Lawyers Association will present its fourth Energy Law Conference. Held in Downtown Los Angeles at the main auditorium of the California Attorney General’s Office, this will be the Environmental Law Section’s first in-person event in more than two years!

Webinar: Forever Chemicals in California
Of the more than 9,000 known PFAS compounds, 600 are currently used in countless products for their stain and water repellant properties, including firefighting foam, cookware, cosmetics, carpet treatments, clothes, and even dental floss. Scientists call PFASs “forever chemicals” because their chemistry keeps them from breaking down under typical environmental conditions.
